In order to participate in this programme, the costs of participation have to be paid 1 Month before financial closing date (see schedule below). Please consider the time that is needed to process International payments at your and our bank and the time it takes to process your payment within our organisation.
Applications and payments after the closing date, and incomplete applications will not be considered.
The total fee per participant for this study visit is US $ 650,- . This includes also lunches, welcome dinner, coffee/tea, refreshments and travelling during the week.
The fee excludes banking costs, flights to and from the Netherlands, transfers between airport and hotel, accommodation, breakfast and dinner (except welcome dinner), visa and insurance. Participants have to arrange these by themselves.
Of course we can advise in this.
We work at cost-price-level, since funding is not possible.
